Responsibilities
- CFRP Processing: Manual processing of carbon fiber composite parts, including deburring, edge sealing, and marking
- Machine Operation: Loading and operating the automatic deburring system
- Workflow: Independent execution of work sequences according to manufacturing orders and construction documents
- Quality Control: Ensuring defined work results and compliance with specifications
- Process Support: Active participation in the parts manufacturing processes
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession, as a Process Mechanic for Coating Technology, Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber, or Materials Tester
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Experience as a painter or lacquerer is an advantage
- Initial experience in quality management
- Experience in parts manufacturing processes is desirable
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace
- Good German language skills (at least proficient)
- Basic English language skills
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
- Teamwork skills, quick comprehension, and flexibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
