Responsibilities
- Deburring, drilling, countersinking, threading, and grinding of complex components according to manufacturing documents
- Tool and Machine Operation: Preparing, setting up, and operating tools, heat ovens, freezers, and washing systems
- Manual Post-Processing: Manual deburring of parts from machining centers for further transport
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring flawless surface quality and dimensional accuracy of all processed components
- Process Support: Contributing to part manufacturing with batch sizes of 20 to 150 pieces per order
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a precision mechanic, metalworker, toolmaker, machining mechanic, or in a comparable metalworking trade
- Several years of professional experience in precision mechanics, manufacturing, or metalworking
- Practical experience in chip-removing processes such as deburring, turning, milling, drilling, countersinking, and grinding
- Experience in reading and applying technical drawings
- General PC skills
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Strong quality awareness, sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
