Responsibilities


  • Tool preparation for layup processes using glass-fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP)
  • Machine operation of the Fill forming plant for component manufacturing
  • Transport logistics of tools using specialized movers
  • Vacuum setup with foils and permanent vacuum hoods for molding
  • Demolding and rework of manufactured components
  • Cleaning of molds (Femis) using the Cold-Jet process
  • Quality assurance through strict adherence to all manufacturing and quality regulations
  • Documentation of all work steps in the manufacturing records


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a Process Technician for Plastics and Rubber Technology or in a woodworking trade
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, ideally in plastics and rubber technology
  • Experience in reading and understanding technical drawings
  • Initial application knowledge of MS Office
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); basic skills in English (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • Teamwork skills, reliability, and a quality-conscious approach to work
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
