Tasks
- Preparing components for electroplating processes, for example masking and subsequent unmasking
- Reading drawings and assigning and processing components accordingly
- Attaching components to electroplating carriers and removing them again after the process is complete
- Treating components in defined electroplating processes and controlling an automated system
- Performing and documenting defined testing activities such as layer thickness measurement or visual inspection
- Follow-up, labeling, packaging, and shipping of components
- Reporting/notifying orders in SAP or production data acquisition
- Performing tasks as a production inspector within the scope of the specifications
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a skilled trade or metalworking profession, e.g., industrial mechanic or mechanic
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and mechanics
- In-depth user knowledge of Microsoft Office; confident handling of feedback in SAP or production data acquisition desirable
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
