Responsibilities


  • Fine machining of aerospace components through grinding and deburring
  • Machining of milled contours using band saws and cutting-off machines
  • Precision drilling with templates according to technical drawings
  • Surface inspection by aligning transitions and eliminating chatter marks
  • Quality assurance through independent inspection work
  • Process documentation of work sequences and results
  • Process optimization of manufacturing workflows to increase efficiency


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a mechanic, fitter (construction, machine fitter) or in a metalworking trade
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, ideally as a fitter
  • Several years of experience in the metal sector with a focus on fine machining
  • Confident reading and application of technical drawings
  • Business fluent German (at least C1)
  • High level of teamwork and independent, structured way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
