Responsibilities
- Saddlery work in production for helicopter interior fittings
- Material processing of leather, synthetic leather, and fabrics using craft techniques
- Seat covers and interior fittings for aircraft upholstering and mounting
- Trim panels manufacturing and fitting with leather or fabric
- Cover materials cutting, sewing, gluing, or otherwise fastening (e.g., with Velcro)
- Restoration and renewal of trim panels and covers
- Work plans execution and performing all tasks according to technical specifications
- Quality inspection of performed activities to ensure manufacturing standards
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a saddler or carpenter
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and in mechanics
- At least 3-5 years of practical experience in the corresponding craft profession
- Experience in handling construction documents and technical documentation
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- Basic skills in English (at least A2)
- Willingness for overtime, Saturday work, and shift work if required
- Structured and independent working style, teamwork skills, and high communication skills
- Carefulness, quality awareness, and reliability
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
