Responsibilities


  • Saddlery work in production for helicopter interior fittings
  • Material processing of leather, synthetic leather, and fabrics using craft techniques
  • Seat covers and interior fittings for aircraft upholstering and mounting
  • Trim panels manufacturing and fitting with leather or fabric
  • Cover materials cutting, sewing, gluing, or otherwise fastening (e.g., with Velcro)
  • Restoration and renewal of trim panels and covers
  • Work plans execution and performing all tasks according to technical specifications
  • Quality inspection of performed activities to ensure manufacturing standards


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a saddler or carpenter
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and in mechanics
  • At least 3-5 years of practical experience in the corresponding craft profession
  • Experience in handling construction documents and technical documentation
  • Business fluent German (at least C1)
  • Basic skills in English (at least A2)
  • Willingness for overtime, Saturday work, and shift work if required
  • Structured and independent working style, teamwork skills, and high communication skills
  • Carefulness, quality awareness, and reliability
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
