For Lufthansa Technik AG in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel, we are looking for an Production Worker Aircraft Engine Cleaning. In this hands-on and technically demanding environment, you are responsible for the meticulous and timely cleaning of highly complex engine components – a core contribution to the airworthiness of aircraft.

Responsibilities


  • Perform cleaning and preservation of engine components, especially the Fan Major Module
  • Ensure documentation of all completed work
  • Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace and handle operating materials conscientiously
  • Take on special tasks as part of the maintenance process
  • Adhere to work standards in accordance with aviation regulations
  • Provide process support through the proper use of cleaning and documentation resources
  • Work in team shifts to ensure timely workflow


Qualifications

  • Completed skilled worker training in a metalworking trade (e.g., industrial mechanic, machining technician)
  • Initial to several years of experience in a manual or technical manufacturing or maintenance environment
  • Knowledge of cleaning and preservation of components and parts as well as aviation maintenance procedures is desirable
  • Proficient use of industry-standard IT software for work documentation
  • Good German skills (at least B1); good English skills (at least B1)
  • Shift work capability and physical resilience
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and conscientious work attitude
  • English B1
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift rotation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
