At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Augsburg, you will work as a UWL Series Production Controller (Upper Longitudinal Wall Area / Upper Longitudinal Wall Component) to manage material flows and manufacturing orders for highly complex aerospace structures. Responsibilities


  • Production Control: Commissioning and release of OLW manufacturing orders as well as monitoring of production progress
  • Supplier Management: Timely supply of all internal customers by initiating appropriate measures in coordination with the supervisor
  • Material Availability: Ensuring material and FeMi availability in cooperation with the respective departments
  • Capacity Planning: Scheduling and capacity coordination with the manufacturing areas to be supervised
  • Communication: Participation in meetings and coordination of OLW matters with other areas and departments
  • Quality Management: Controlling and tracking of complaint issues such as quality notifications as well as creating reports
  • Customer Service: Support of internal customers and suppliers


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade (at least technician/technical business manager) or a technical degree (at least master craftsman level)
  • Several years of experience in control, logistics and manufacturing, ideally in aviation
  • Proficient use of SAP (knowledge of detailed functions) and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Teamwork skills, assertiveness and a resilient, independent way of working
  • Willingness to travel
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
