Tasks

  • Partial program management for an Airbus work package (delivery of Single Aisle cabin components)
  • Monitoring of on-time component production and delivery performance
  • Independent management and implementation of improvement projects
  • Communication with the customer regarding delivery schedules and quality issues
  • Coordination of internal processes to ensure seamless information flow
  • Interface management between engineering, production and logistics

Qualifications

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive professional experience in the aerospace industry and in project management, as well as several years of experience in project leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of change management and total quality management
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Business fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style, combined with a high level of willingness to learn and resilience
  • Strong team and communication skills, proactive mindset and ability to integrate into existing structures
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
