Responsibilities
- Project management environment: Establish and maintain an overview of activity and resource planning
- Data integration and analysis of time, cost, resource, and quality data
- Program and project planning including the project structure plan (WBS)
- Risk and opportunity management by maintaining assumptions, exclusions, and risk/opportunity registers
- Performance monitoring with milestone tracking, control, and reporting
- Configuration control and change management for bid and contract data
- Implementation management for PM processes and tools such as Confluence and Jira
- Knowledge management by preparing know-how and lessons learned
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering (at least Master's or Diplom)
- Many years of professional experience in engineering, aerospace, and project management (each over 5 years)
- Experience in the field of technical planning is mandatory
- Expert knowledge in MS Excel and MS Project
- Knowledge of Confluence and Jira is mandatory; knowledge of Google Workspace and AI tools (e.g., Gemini) is advantageous
- Proficient German skills; business fluent English skills (at least C1)
- Strong analytical and cross-system/disciplinary thinking, very high degree of independence, communication skills, commitment, flexibility, and resilience
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
