Tasks
- Independently manage construction projects (conversion, modernization, new developments)
- Coordinate and steer external planning service providers
- Align directly and proactively with internal clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct project execution including budget, execution, and billing
- Take ownership of site supervision and project coordination responsibilities
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, HVAC, or Construction Project Management; Master's degree preferred
- Several years of experience (3+ years) in the construction sector, especially in project leadership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, structured and solution-oriented approach
- Confident use of Microsoft Office; basic CAD knowledge beneficial
- German language skills at negotiation level (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
