At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will manage sub-projects from conception to final implementation as a Project Manager Manufacturing Engineering. Responsibilities


  • Project management of small and sub-projects from the idea phase to final implementation
  • Process optimization through analysis of existing production workflows and identification of improvement potential
  • Technical coordination with engineering, technology, and other teams to define requirements and provide processes
  • Efficiency increase through targeted implementation of measures for cost reduction and performance improvement
  • Budget planning and participation in investment decisions for projects and optimization measures
  • Agile methods for flexible and efficient project management and handling of dynamic requirements


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in project management, a technical field, or business administration (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry
  • Several years of experience in project management
  • Basic knowledge of risk management
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 2 times per year for 2 weeks each to China)
  • Independent working style, teamwork skills, and pronounced communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
