Tasks
- Managing the operational rollout of Clarity in the T/TK area, including coordination of all implementation activities with management and IT
- Coordinating, evaluating, prioritizing, and synchronizing change requests as well as new and further developments related to the software applications for which you are responsible
- Providing technical leadership for implementation in coordination with relevant stakeholders, including schedule and budget control
- Setting up, implementing, and further developing an authorization and training concept for Clarity
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation in accordance with internal requirements
- Ensuring continuous, target-group-oriented communication with relevant stakeholders
- Representing the software applications for which you are responsible in committees and regular meetings, and designing internal and external interfaces
- Taking on special tasks and collaborating on projects or independently managing projects
Qualifications
- Completed technical or university degree, preferably in business administration, computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or communication, or alternatively, proven equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT coordination, IT service management, tool rollouts, or in interface roles between IT and specialist departments
- Experience in coordinating requirements with departments, IT, and management, as well as in translating needs into implementable technical requirements
- Good knowledge of project management, ideally with Clarity, Microsoft Project, or comparable tools
- Basic understanding of project management processes, methods, and governance structures
- Business fluent in German (at least C1); advanced English (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
