Tasks

  • Responsibility for achieving project objectives (time, cost, quality, scope) within the A320-FCO-Customization area
  • Establishment and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams within a matrix organization
  • Integration of lessons learned and continuous process optimization
  • Active risk and opportunity management within the project environment
  • Contract and supplier management as well as coordination of external partners
  • Digital transformation and strategic development of the department
  • Close coordination with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Several years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years in project leadership and 2 years in the IT field
  • In-depth knowledge of Java, SQL, Google Gemini / AI, as well as basic knowledge of Python
  • Experience in change management, process management, risk analysis and Google Workspace
  • German language skills at least B2 level, English language skills at least C1 level
  • Ideally, experience in the Airbus environment
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient) is mandatory
