Tasks
- Responsibility for achieving project objectives (time, cost, quality, scope) within the A320-FCO-Customization area
- Establishment and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams within a matrix organization
- Integration of lessons learned and continuous process optimization
- Active risk and opportunity management within the project environment
- Contract and supplier management as well as coordination of external partners
- Digital transformation and strategic development of the department
- Close coordination with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Several years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years in project leadership and 2 years in the IT field
- In-depth knowledge of Java, SQL, Google Gemini / AI, as well as basic knowledge of Python
- Experience in change management, process management, risk analysis and Google Workspace
- German language skills at least B2 level, English language skills at least C1 level
- Ideally, experience in the Airbus environment
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient) is mandatory
