Responsibilities
- Management of test system projects, including schedule and cost planning as well as oversight of service delivery
- Ensuring compliance with business objectives and technical requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Design of automated production and customer testers based on customer requirements using standard components
- Defining the test system architecture and creating the associated system documentation
- Specifying subsystems and modules (hardware and software) in collaboration with the project team
- Acting as an interface to internal clients, including coordinating requirements, changes, and acceptance
- Preparing internal proposals and managing subcontractors in close collaboration with the purchasing department
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in measurement technology and in the development of test systems, or as a product manager for hardware/software
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with automated test systems and relevant technologies, e.g., National Instruments TestStand, LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, or C++
- Business-fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level in each)
- Willingness to travel for work
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
