For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, we are looking for a Project Manager Aviation Test Systems at the Ulm site. In a highly specialized team, you will develop automated test systems for radar, electronic warfare, and avionics systems – from the initial idea to final integration.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 73,555 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.05.2027. Responsibilities
- Project Management: Planning of schedules and costs as well as controlling the delivery of services for test system projects
- Achievement of Objectives: Ensuring compliance with economic and technical requirements
- System Conception: Development of test systems based on customer requirements, taking standard components into account
- Architecture Definition: Creation of system documentation and definition of the required test system architecture
- Specification: Definition of subsystems and modules for hardware and software within the project team
- Interface Management: Acting as the interface to the internal customer
- Proposal Creation: Preparation of internal proposals for test system projects
- Supplier Management: Coordination of subcontractors in close cooperation with procurement
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of experience in measurement technology and in the development of test systems or as a product responsible for hardware/software
- Knowledge of high-frequency technology and/or optronics
- Proficient use of MS Office; experience with test managers such as TestStand as well as LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, or C++
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel on business
- Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
