For our client HENSOLDT Optronics, we are looking for a Project Manager Construction & Infrastructure at the Oberkochen site. As a user representative, you are responsible for the entire organization and coordination of a major new construction project – from strategic planning and project controlling to final implementation.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 74,917 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.08.2027. Responsibilities
- Project management for a new construction and infrastructure project as a user representative, involving internal departments and external partners
- Lead and coordinate PMO management for the overall project
- Define project structures, create schedules, and ensure project controlling
- Organize and coordinate project teams professionally and lead status reviews and meetings
- Coordinate interfaces, deadlines, and deliverables with all project partners
- Ensure project quality by guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, costs, and execution quality
- Create and present status reports within the projects and for all stakeholder groups
Qualifications
- Completed technical degree or comparable qualification (at least Bachelor's)
- Many years of experience (at least 5 years) from the successful implementation of industrial projects
- Excellent project management skills in the planning of industrial facilities (e.g., production sites, industrial structures)
- Experience in status reporting to management, executive board, and board of directors
- Strong collaboration skills and cross-departmental, integrative way of working
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Good communication skills, teamwork, high sense of responsibility, and organizational talent
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
