At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will take on the role of Project Manager Cabin & ESI/ MSI, responsible for the strategic direction and operational implementation of cabin and system integration projects. You drive continuous improvements, manage budgets and risks, and translate program strategy into concrete milestones.

Responsibilities
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Actively steer and evaluate risks and opportunities within the cabin, ESI, and MSI perimeter
- Program Strategy: Contribute to and implement program strategy, including continuous improvement processes
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead and support strategic, de-risking, and competitive improvement initiatives aligned with program objectives
- Project Management Documentation: Create, communicate, and ensure adherence to project management milestone documents according to established methodology
- Crisis Management: Act as an escalation point for crisis management between programs, line fit, and in-service operations
- Program Governance: Support dedicated Widebody program governance and establish new ways of working within the team
- Budget Responsibility: Allocate Airbus Operational Planning (AOP) budget and make decisions for dedicated budget lines
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, International Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Economics (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in project leadership and project management
- Experience in customer service and supply chain management
- Experience in cost management (RC/NRC) is mandatory
- Good knowledge of project management, risk management, and continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German or French language skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and teamwork
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
