Responsibilities
- Project Management: Conduct controlling and reporting for MRO projects, including kick-off and review meetings
- Customer Support: Act as the direct interface to handle inquiries and orders, and initiate customer satisfaction surveys
- Quotation Preparation: Calculate and create complex quotations, ensuring the entire quotation process
- Commercial Processing: Handle orders, invoices, and post-cost calculations, and manage external services
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with specialist departments such as design, warehouse, and production planning
- Process Optimization: Initiate and implement continuous improvement processes (CIP)
- On-Time Delivery: Ensure compliance with delivery dates (OTD), quality (OTQ), and cost (OTC)
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration (at least Bachelor's) or a completed commercial/technical vocational training with corresponding further education (e.g., as a certified technician or technical business economist)
- Many years of professional experience in finance, project management, and contract management, ideally in the aerospace industry
- Several years of experience in production planning, controlling, and maintenance/repair
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Strong teamwork skills, resilience, independent working style, and excellent communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
