Responsibilities


  • Project management for sustainability and energy infrastructure projects at the Nordenham site
  • Overall responsibility for specification, procurement, implementation, acceptance, and schedule, cost, and quality controlling
  • Team leadership of multidisciplinary teams (MFTs) and coordination of external partners
  • Implementation of decarbonization measures such as heat pumps, electric boilers, and low-temperature networks
  • Integration of renewable energies and realization of energy efficiency measures (photovoltaics, wind power, LED)
  • Planning and realization of strategic investments in energy supply
  • Development of sustainable optimization solutions within the Environmental MFT
  • Preparation of decision-making bases and investment applications


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology, construction project management, environmental engineering, or industrial engineering (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in sustainability management, building services engineering, or energy technology
  • Experience in implementing construction measures and building services engineering measures (e.g., energy-efficient refurbishment, photovoltaic systems)
  • Advanced application skills in Windows and initial application skills in SAP
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
