At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will take on the role of Project Manager Space & Relocation Planning, responsible for the strategic planning and operational management of workplace and building concepts. You coordinate complex relocation projects, optimize occupancy plans, and ensure smooth processes – from initial planning to final implementation.

Responsibilities


  • Space and relocation planning for workplace and building concepts, developing and implementing strategies
  • Project coordination of work packages and sub-projects in the relocation area, managing independently
  • Occupancy plans creating, reviewing, and continuously optimizing
  • Database management for Space Management systems, maintaining and administering
  • Fault reports in the Space Management area, analyzing and processing


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration (at least Master's/Diploma) or a comparable commercial apprenticeship with many years of professional experience
  • Many years of solid professional experience in the planning sector, ideally with a focus on relocation management
  • Basic experience in project management
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Teamwork skills, eloquent demeanor, and assertiveness
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
