Tasks

  • Development of new methods and logistical process standards for the location
  • Analysis of current situations and further development of existing concepts in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
  • Preparation of economic feasibility studies for target concepts and derivation of decision-making bases
  • Collaboration in project management and phased assumption of sub-project management
  • Carrying out capacity planning and deriving effective measures to stabilize supply
  • Carrying out failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and risk assessments to secure logistics processes
  • Further development of logistics performance indicators for measuring operational processes
  • Optimization of logistics processes with a focus on digitalization and Industry 4.0

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in engineering or business administration (at least a bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in project management and supply chain/logistics
  • Good knowledge of lean management and process management
  • In-depth application knowledge of SAP R/3 and knowledge of Google Workspace; Skywise is an advantage
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel once a month within Germany
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
