Tasks
- Development of new methods and logistical process standards for the location
- Analysis of current situations and further development of existing concepts in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Preparation of economic feasibility studies for target concepts and derivation of decision-making bases
- Collaboration in project management and phased assumption of sub-project management
- Carrying out capacity planning and deriving effective measures to stabilize supply
- Carrying out failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and risk assessments to secure logistics processes
- Further development of logistics performance indicators for measuring operational processes
- Optimization of logistics processes with a focus on digitalization and Industry 4.0
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering or business administration (at least a bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in project management and supply chain/logistics
- Good knowledge of lean management and process management
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP R/3 and knowledge of Google Workspace; Skywise is an advantage
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel once a month within Germany
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
