At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will take on a central role as a Aviation Cabin Refurbishment Project Manager in the planning and implementation of cabin modernization projects for international customers. You will work at the interface between engineering, supplier management, and project control, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities
- Project Control: Support the project manager in achieving project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality, margin)
- Team Coordination: Define, implement, and steer the project team through various project phases
- Partner and Supplier Management: Effectively manage and coordinate external partners and suppliers
- Technical Validation: Validate and follow up on technical solutions and associated documentation with suppliers and engineering
- Delivery Date Management: Act as focal point for validating contractually agreed delivery dates of Service Bulletins and cabin kits
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, business administration, or international management (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in engineering and aerospace
- Many years of experience in project management
- Good knowledge of project management methods and tools
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel (approx. 1-2 times per year for about one week, international)
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
