You will accompany strategic modernisation projects, optimise testing processes and coordinate the Material Test Community – thus contributing directly to stabilising series production.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Support: Plan and implement the modernisation and expansion of test capacities
- Community Coordination: Further develop and actively steer the Material Test Community
- Process Optimisation: Stabilise workflows and implement continuous improvements
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Administrative Support: Relieve the Quality team of coordinative tasks
- Sub-Project Leadership: Actively lead and support various projects
- AOS Implementation: Support the provision of the Airbus Operating System within the function
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Project Management, a technical subject, Business Administration, International Management or Economics (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in project management, process improvement and quality management
- Experience in supplier management and occupational safety
- Good knowledge of Change Management and Lean Management; basic skills in Data Analytics
- Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips within Europe (approx. 3-4 per year)
- Strong communication skills, pronounced organisational skills and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
