The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 73,555 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.05.2028. Responsibilities
- Project Management Office (PMO): Preparation of projects, creation of quantity structures and proposals for target presentation campaigns
- Project Control: Planning and control of manageable projects from proposal creation to successful completion
- Delivery Responsibility: Ensuring the timely, cost-efficient, and quality-compliant delivery of product and service solutions
- Strategy Development: Proposing, developing, and implementing program and product strategies for customers
- Goal Achievement: Ensuring compliance with all project objectives (quality, deadlines, finances) and corporate obligations
- Resource Optimization: Support in resolving resource conflicts, risk avoidance, and exploiting opportunities
- Business Planning: Active contributions to business planning and program strategy
Qualifications
- Completed university degree (at least Bachelor's) in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable technical field of study
- Several years of professional experience in project management with very good knowledge
- Experience in a military environment, particularly with air defense weapon systems, is desirable
- Basic knowledge of UAV technology (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) and affinity for new tools
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness for occasional worldwide business trips
- Strong teamwork skills, very good communication and presentation skills, as well as intercultural competence
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
