At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will take on the supporting management responsibility for multiple projects in the Wide Body A330-A350 area as a Project Manager Program Coordination. You develop program strategies, manage resources and risks, and ensure compliance with all project objectives – from conception to implementation.

Responsibilities
- Program Control: Supporting management responsibility for multiple projects in the Wide Body A330-A350 area throughout the entire lifecycle
- Strategy Development: Proposing, developing, and implementing tailored program strategies
- Goal Achievement: Ensuring compliance with all program and project objectives, including financial targets
- Resource Management: Leading projects and optimizing and mediating resources, conflicts, risks, and opportunities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collecting, preparing, and presenting project data for stakeholders
- Stakeholder Coordination: Reviewing and aligning company commitments with all involved parties
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Sociology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of experience in project leadership and extensive experience in project management
- Experience in Change Management, Lean Management, Process Management, and Risk Management
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel (approx. 2-3 times per quarter to Toulouse)
- Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and structured, results-oriented way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
