Responsibilities
- Program Planning: Prepare, monitor, and control the integrated program planning for the A320 program
- Schedule Adherence: Ensure adherence to delivery commitments towards customers and proactively manage deviations
- Resource Optimization: Balance commercial requirements with operational capabilities in production, engineering, and procurement
- Version Planning: Establish and continuously update end-to-end planning for Head of Version (HoV) and other Versions of Interest (VoI)
- Process Representation: Represent integrated planning in FCO (Fulfill Customer Order) core teams and multifunctional teams
- Project Work: Contribute to projects aimed at reducing and recovering end-to-end lead times
- Monitoring: Continuously monitor and control planning adherence
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a comparable technical field (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in configuration management, engineering, and project management
- Initial experience in manufacturing planning and production control
- Good knowledge of project management and basic knowledge of civil aviation documentation
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1); French is an advantage
- Knowledge of Google Workspace; experience with Airbus planning tools is an advantage
- Flexibility for possible Saturday work and willingness to travel within Europe (monthly if necessary)
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
