At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will take on the role of Certification Project Manager, leading certification projects for new helicopter variants. You define the certification basis, coordinate compliance demonstration programmes and act as the central point of contact for specialist departments and authorities – thus playing a key role in bringing innovative aerospace technology to market.

Responsibilities
- Certification Project Leadership: Take responsibility for planning, reporting and risk management of certification projects
- Define Certification Basis: Establish the requirements baseline for modifications of existing or new helicopter variants
- Certification Strategy: Define and align the strategic approach with all stakeholders
- Coordinate Compliance Demonstration: Develop and align compliance demonstration programmes with specialist departments, chief engineer and authorities
- Authority Communication: Act as the central point of contact for certification matters
- Document Approval: Review and validate compliance documents for fulfilment of airworthiness regulations
- Flight Approvals: Coordinate activities to obtain approvals for test vehicles and prototypes
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in development, product development and project management
- Experience in aircraft construction or in the development of helicopters or helicopter systems
- Knowledge and experience in the certification of aircraft and/or systems
- Basic skills in German (at least A2); business fluent English (at least C1); French language skills are desirable
- Teamwork skills, strong communication and intercultural competencies as well as a proactive, solution-oriented approach to work
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
