The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,809 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2026. Responsibilities


  • Method and tool development for CAD/DMU in aviation programmes, design and implement
  • Requirements analysis, evaluate new tools and support in the selection process
  • Implementation testing and creation of methods, guidelines and training documents
  • End-user training and provision of operational support for the business units
  • Process automation and development of utilities for standardisation and quality assurance
  • Project management for the development of methods and tools in mechanical and/or electrical design


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Aerospace Engineering or a comparable subject (at least Master's/Diploma)
  • Many years of professional experience as a Design Engineer in mechanical and/or electrical design
  • Dedicated experience in leading projects for the development of methods and tools for mechanical and/or electrical design
  • Good knowledge of CAD/DMU tools, preferably 3DExperience
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); German and/or Spanish skills are a plus
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork and independent, structured way of working
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
