For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, we are looking for a Process Manager / Key User SAP EWM at the Ulm site. In this central role, you are functionally responsible for the plant's logistics and, as a Power and Key User, drive the continuous development of SAP EWM processes.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 65,552 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.06.2027. Responsibilities
- Process Support as a Power User for SAP EWM in operational production logistics
- Training & Documentation of SAP EWM logistics processes for users
- Process Optimization as a Key User for the continuous development of logistics workflows
- Master Data Maintenance in EWM as well as error analysis and resolution
- Requirements Management for SAP developments and customizations
- Process Coordination in close collaboration with cross-plant Key Users and planners
- Interface Monitoring of queues between EWM and ERP systems
- KPI Analysis through the definition, collection, and interpretation of logistics KPIs
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Logistics, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or a comparable field with a focus on SAP EWM
- Many years of professional experience (over 4 years) in logistics or supply chain, ideally in comparable positions
- Experience in the areas of Lean Logistics, Lean Production, and process optimization
- Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP, particularly the EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) module, as well as MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style, good analytical skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
