Responsibilities


  • Process Ownership as Process Owner Delegate (POD) for Master Data Governance (MDG) within the Company Management System (CMS)
  • Governance Framework design, document, and maintain the master data governance framework – including clear data standards, policies, and structures
  • Compliance ensure by integrating business requirements into governance processes while adhering to internal and external standards
  • Process Performance monitor and validate IT Change Requests to drive efficiency and identify improvement opportunities
  • Project Leadership for MDG work packages and coordination of Master Data Management contributions in strategic transformation projects (e.g., MMIP, ERP MDM & MDG)
  • Scrum Master for the Master Data team – you facilitate all Scrum events and ensure efficient project delivery
  • Representation of Master Data Governance in global projects, providing consultancy to stakeholders and orchestrating the specialist community


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • Many years of experience in project management and process improvement
  • Solid experience in the areas of master data governance and business process management
  • Proficient use of SAP (detailed functions) and Google Workspace; knowledge of modeling tools such as Symbio is desirable
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Scrum Master certification (or equivalent experience) is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills, diplomatic tact, and analytical thinking
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
