For our client ArianeGroup GmbH, we are looking for a Test Engineer Aerospace Components at the Lampoldshausen near Heilbronn site. In this central role, you will perform environmental simulation and functional tests on highly complex space components – from engines to valves. Your technical understanding and systematic approach are key to reliable test results.

Responsibilities


  • Test Setup: Mechanical and measurement preparation for pressure, leakage, flow, electrical, thermal, and vibration tests
  • Test Execution: Independent performance of environmental simulation and functional tests on space components
  • Fixture Construction: Mechanical assembly and adaptation of test facilities and test benches
  • Quality Inspection: Conducting cleanliness inspections according to specific cleanliness requirements
  • Maintenance: Performing maintenance and repair work on test equipment and facilities
  • Documentation: Comprehensive recording of all test processes and results


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician or a comparable technical qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a technical test or experimental environment
  • Initial experience in measurement technology as well as vacuum and leak detection technology is an advantage
  • Confident use of MS Office for documentation and evaluation
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Teamwork skills, high sense of responsibility, and a structured, resilient way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
