Responsibilities


  • Quality Standards and Visual Management actively implement and further develop
  • Project Work in quality assurance in close coordination with design, work preparation, production, and authorities
  • Product Planning of new products support and define work packages
  • Practical Problem Solving (PPS) apply for systematic fault analysis and resolution
  • Audits supervise and accompany internally and externally
  • Procedure Documentation for the area create, maintain, and update
  • Quality Management in the area actively shape and optimize processes
  • Surveillance Activities define, plan, and document


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical field (at least Bachelor's) or completed technical college qualification
  • Many years of experience in project management
  • Many years of experience in quality management
  • Practical experience in the field of production or quality management
  • Experience with APQP, PPS, NCM, DEMAR, and AQAP is desirable
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and teamwork
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
