Responsibilities
- Quality Standards and Visual Management actively implement and further develop
- Project Work in quality assurance in close coordination with design, work preparation, production, and authorities
- Product Planning of new products support and define work packages
- Practical Problem Solving (PPS) apply for systematic fault analysis and resolution
- Audits supervise and accompany internally and externally
- Procedure Documentation for the area create, maintain, and update
- Quality Management in the area actively shape and optimize processes
- Surveillance Activities define, plan, and document
Qualifications
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical field (at least Bachelor's) or completed technical college qualification
- Many years of experience in project management
- Many years of experience in quality management
- Practical experience in the field of production or quality management
- Experience with APQP, PPS, NCM, DEMAR, and AQAP is desirable
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and teamwork
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
