Responsibilities
- Prevention Planning: Development and implementation of a rolling 3-month prevention plan for management level
- Data Analysis: Identification of recurring manufacturing errors using Skywise/ontologies and introduction of visual management tools
- Process Integration: Anchoring quality analyses at the right time in the development process through participation in engineering meetings
- 3D Data Integration: Linking error data with digital 3D models (CATIA) for better localization and root cause analysis
- Manufacturing Analysis: Investigation of manufacturing disruptions on-site and derivation of improvement measures
- Interface Management: Close collaboration between design (engineering) and manufacturing (operations) as a central liaison
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical field
- Several years of professional experience in quality management, data analysis, and technical documentation
- Initial experience in manufacturing/production, design, manufacturing engineering, and line side support
- In-depth application knowledge of Python and CATIA V5; solid knowledge of data analysis tools (Skywise/Palantir Foundry advantageous)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Good knowledge of Lean Management and Total Quality Management (problem-solving methods)
- Proactive, data-affine, and hands-on working style; pronounced communication and teamwork skills; high assertiveness and goal orientation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
