Responsibilities
- Conformance Management as the central interface between Supply Chain Quality, Supply Officer, FAL, and Logistics
- Inspection Planning and responsibility for digitalization projects, KPIs, and certifying staff
- KPI Dashboards creation in Skywise in coordination with software programmers
- Problem Solving for complex quality issues and definition of corrective and preventive actions
- Control Plan Implementation for technical incoming inspection, including follow-up and improvement
- Data Analysis of inspection findings and derivation of process improvements for the supply chain
- Communication with a multidisciplinary and international network of stakeholders
- Product Conformity assurance for cabin parts and cargo work packages released to the FALs
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Aircraft Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, a technical field, or Industrial Engineering (at least Master Craftsman level)
- Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems, aerospace, project management, quality management, and supply chain
- Experience in data analysis and AI application is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) and problem-solving methods
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Willingness to travel worldwide (maximum once per quarter)
- Teamwork, communication skills, and independent way of working
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
