Responsibilities
- Certification: Assume the role of Component Certifying Staff Part 145 under the Airbus MOA
- Compliance: Ensure conformity of the QMS with internal and regulatory requirements
- Process Optimization: Analyze and define improvement potential in the repair station
- Documentation: Create and maintain guidelines and work instructions for the quality management system
- Consulting: Support specialist departments in applying and interpreting QM requirements
- Audits: Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate requirements and ensure system integration through close exchange
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, aerospace, or a technical field (at least technician/technical manager qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in aerospace as well as in quality management and quality assurance
- Detailed knowledge of requirements according to EASA Part 145 (quality and safety management) is mandatory
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Analytical skills, structured way of working, initiative, and teamwork
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
