Responsibilities


  • Stakeholder Management: Monitor and coordinate the development of civil and military software together with internal and external partners
  • Quality Assurance Planning: Create quality assurance plans (QAP) and monitor their compliance
  • Technical Reviews: Participate in technical design reviews to ensure conformity with relevant plans
  • Process Optimization: Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Engineering, Innovation, Quality, and Manufacturing
  • Certification Support: Interact with certification teams to ensure compliance with aviation standards


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Engineering (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in development and quality assurance
  • Experience in the aerospace development sector is advantageous
  • Good knowledge of system development processes (V-model) and configuration management principles
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
  • Experience with design reviews and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills, conflict resolution competence, and sensitivity in dealing with international partners
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
