Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and documentation processing with external service providers
- Ensure the provision of components for external inspections
- Correctly assign and manage quality documentation and orders
- Check delivery documentation and test certificates, including certificates of conformity
- Act as the point of contact for external service providers
- Support the operation and monitoring of the ultrasound robot system
- Assist with the setup of components for testing
- Rectify simple malfunctions on the test equipment
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a precision mechanic, in a metalworking trade, or as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Several years of experience in measurement technology and quality management, particularly in testing technology
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation
- Strong solution orientation, teamwork skills, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
