At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will take on a central role in quality assurance as a Incoming Goods Quality Inspector. You inspect delivered materials and documents for highly complex aircraft, ensuring the flawless availability of all components for production. The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 48,050 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.05.2027. Responsibilities


  • Goods Receipt Inspection: Detailed checking of delivered items and accompanying documents through visual inspection
  • Data Management: Booking and receipt of goods in Extended Warehouse Management (EW3) or OPAL according to current regulations
  • Deviation Management: Creation and tracking of delivery discrepancy reports for identified deviations
  • Special Materials: Safe handling of classified/crypto materials, explosives, and hazardous substances according to applicable regulations
  • Process Control: Follow-up on delayed processing and final resolution of cases
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring high quality standards for the release of materials for installation in aircraft


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training / journeyman's certificate in aviation technology and/or logistics
  • Initial experience in the field of goods receipt is required
  • Experience in the A400M field or comparable is desirable
  • Extensive logistics knowledge must be available
  • Knowledge of MS Office (at least detailed functions); SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • German business fluent (at least C1); English proficient (at least B2)
  • Reliable and responsible way of working, team skills, and a dutiful work style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
