The gross annual salary is up to €54,778.00, depending on qualifications. The position is initially temporary, with a contract expiring at the end of 2026. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the calculation and billing of bonus payments from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), with a focus on manual data reconciliation in Excel
  • Compare material prices across different Excel spreadsheets and document discrepancies in a traceable manner
  • Verify data submissions from the OEM for completeness and plausibility
  • Enter material price lists into Excel or a data application and keep them up to date
  • Review calculations for deductions and surcharges and follow up on discrepancies
  • Prepare for and follow up on management meetings, including creating slides and assisting with meeting minutes


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field, such as Industrial Clerk, Office Clerk, or comparable
  • Initial experience in accounting tasks is desirable
  • A very meticulous approach to working with multiple Excel spreadsheets and manual reconciliations
  • Good German and English skills (min. B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
