For our client Diehl Aviation Laupheim GmbH, we are looking for a SAP Administrator / Assistant at the Laupheim site. In this central role, you will support the implementation and operation of the SAP S/4HANA system and ensure smooth project execution through precise documentation and schedule coordination. Responsibilities


  • Project Support: Actively support the sub-project manager in steering and coordinating project activities
  • Schedule Management: Ensure the coordination and monitoring of appointments with the involved specialist departments
  • Project Tracking: Systematically track and document the progress of sub-projects and milestones
  • Data Management: Take responsibility for maintaining and updating master data in the system
  • Test Management: Provide support in conducting and documenting system tests
  • Documentation: Create and manage project documents and process documentation


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, International Management, Economics, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in commercial administration and project management
  • Good knowledge of change management and process management
  • Solid application skills in MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
  • High customer orientation, teamwork skills, and very good communication skills
  • Sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
