At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will be the central point of contact for material support orders and their fulfillment as a Order Management Clerk. You coordinate the entire process from price determination to order processing for spare parts and repairs, directly contributing to the operational availability of our systems.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 57,075 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.05.2027. Responsibilities
- Customer Point of Contact: Sole responsibility for handling customer material support orders and their fulfillment
- Price Determination: Obtaining prices and creating offers or price lists
- Order Management: Complete management of orders for spare parts, repairs, and in-service support
- Process Follow-up: Risk mitigation within the procurement process for spare parts and repair services
- Customer Requests: Processing requests, material returns, and warranty claims until handover
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics Management, or Economics (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in procurement, project management, and supply chain
- Basic knowledge of military logistics advantageous
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office; experience with Google and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
