Responsibilities


  • Material and part movements to external suppliers, monitoring and controlling them
  • Scheduling and coordination of components to ensure availability for production
  • Delivery date tracking and proactive avoidance of missing parts
  • Work orders for external services, creating and processing them
  • Supplier communication, coordinating and acting as the central interface
  • Transport organization for standard and special transports, preparing and initiating them
  • Price and quantity discrepancies with suppliers, processing and clarifying them


Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, e.g., as an Industrial Clerk, Freight Forwarding Clerk, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling, material procurement, manufacturing, production, supplier management, or logistics
  • In-depth application knowledge of SAP (especially SAP/R3) and MS Office
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written (at least proficient)
  • Proficient English skills (at least B2)
  • Independent and structured way of working, team skills, and pronounced communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
