At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Bremen, you will work as a Component Outsourcing Clerk to coordinate manufacturing orders with external suppliers. You ensure a smooth material flow, from purchase requisition to proper goods receipt, and act as the central point of contact for your assigned partners.

Responsibilities


  • Material flow control: Monitoring of part and material movements to and from external suppliers
  • Procurement: Creation of purchase requisitions and ensuring proper goods issue and receipt
  • Manufacturing control: Scheduling and controlling manufacturing orders with external partners
  • Supplier management: Acting as the focal point for assigned external suppliers
  • Order tracking: Performing tracking and disruption management to prevent missing parts
  • Logistics coordination: Preparation and initiation of standard and special transports


Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, forwarding agent, or comparable qualification
  • Many years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling, material procurement, manufacturing, production, supplier management, or logistics
  • Confident handling of SAP (especially R/3) and MS Office
  • Good German language skills (at least proficient); basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Independent, structured way of working with high reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as resilience and solution-oriented thinking
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
