The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,809 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 15.07.2029. Responsibilities
- Strategic tendering for cross-commodity procurement within the national scope
- Supply chain management: develop and maintain efficient supply chains to deliver goods and services according to Airbus requirements
- Supplier relationship management: build and manage long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers to ensure performance fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Contract negotiation and design, including contract and risk management for cost, time, and quality
- Cost-saving programs: support initiatives in demand management, harmonization, and bundling of requirements
- Commodity alignment with internal stakeholders for the strategic definition and development of procurement strategies
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, Economics, or a related field (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in procurement and supply chain
- Experience in conducting tenders and strategic supplier management
- IT affinity and knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Strong negotiation skills in German and English
- High social competence, teamwork, confident demeanor, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
