In this central role, you will steer the procurement of purchased parts, manage international supplier relationships, and contribute significantly to achieving strategic goals.

Responsibilities
- Supplier selection and procurement of purchased parts for assigned commodity groups according to pre-developed processes and concepts
- Interface management as the central point of contact between suppliers, project teams, and internal specialist departments
- Plan and implement strategic relocations to achieve strategic goals and clarify bid requirements with specialist departments
- International supplier management to ensure the availability of purchased parts and services
- Project participation in optimizing procurement-related topics according to supervisor specifications
- Contract negotiations with new and existing supplier partners, also in English
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Many years of professional experience in procurement, especially in strategic purchasing and supplier management
- Several years of experience in the aerospace industry as well as in operational and strategic procurement
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1) in spoken and written form
- Good technical understanding
- Strong communication skills, conflict management skills, and assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
