Responsibilities
- Component manufacturing from thermoplastic parts according to production orders and construction documents
- Assembly techniques for small to large components from similar sub-assemblies
- Preparatory tasks such as reviewing and sorting production orders and drawings
- Workspace preparation by setting up and preparing components and the work environment
- Positioning and fixing of components for the manufacturing process
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic, Aircraft Builder, Mechatronics Technician, Process Technician for Plastics and Rubber, or comparable qualification
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, ideally in aircraft construction and structural assembly
- Knowledge of component assembly as well as good quality management knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of detailed functions in SAP/R3 as well as experience with Google Workspace
- Proficient German skills; basic skills in English (at least A2)
- Strong communication skills, pronounced teamwork ability, and high flexibility
- Responsible, quality-oriented, and independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
