The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 46,168 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2026. Responsibilities


  • Repair work on aircraft structures, for example for skin damage
  • Work preparation such as reviewing orders and drawings and providing components and manufacturing aids
  • Component positioning and fixation for assembly
  • Assembly of components and assemblies according to technical specifications
  • Documentation of all assembly and repair work carried out
  • Quality assurance through a high degree of care and quality awareness in all work steps
  • Flexibility by working at different construction sites within the work area


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or in a metalworking trade
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
  • Several years of experience in aircraft construction and structural assembly
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is mandatory
  • Good German language skills (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • High quality awareness, teamwork skills and resilience
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
