At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will take on the role of Supply Chain Manager to proactively manage material supply for the Eurodrone program. You coordinate orders, monitor inventory levels, and work closely with international suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply to the production lines.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 57,075 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.11.2027. Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Focal Point for all activities within the Eurodrone program
- Order Management: Placement of Purchase Orders (POs) for Non-Recurring and Recurring Costs in prototype and series production
- Stakeholder Coordination with production, work planning, strategic procurement, export control, and international suppliers
- Process Assurance: Review and ensure execution of purchase orders as well as approval of supplier invoices
- Proactive Inventory Management including forecast generation and monitoring of stock levels and coverage
- Material Supply assurance and prioritization of urgencies for assembly lines and customer support
- SAP Data Maintenance: Processing of all data-related processes associated with order placement
- Project Collaboration in improvement initiatives and representation of supply chain management principles
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or Economics (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in supply chain
- Initial experience in project management
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Good SAP knowledge, ideally in modules OP3/LM3; knowledge of MySupply and AirSupply is an advantage
- Business fluent German and English (at least C1)
- Strong teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and an independent, conscientious way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
