Responsibilities
- Parts availability: Ensure parts availability and act as the interface between manufacturing and design
- NC task coordination: Coordinate NC tasks, as well as manage, document, and perform root cause analysis for rework on open orders
- Missing parts analysis: Conduct missing parts analysis and initiate corresponding escalation processes
- Manufacturing orders: Schedule and release manufacturing orders and monitor delivery deadlines
- Supplier coordination: Conduct regular coordination with suppliers and participate in missing parts meetings
- Data maintenance: Maintain data in SAP and utilize and report on existing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Logistics activities: Coordinate and define logistics activities performed by external service providers
- Material flow: Monitor and continuously optimize material flow from the supplier to the assembly station
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic or comparable technical training, ideally with a master craftsman qualification
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, production planning/control, and mechanics in aviation
- Several years of experience in material control and work preparation
- Proficient handling of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Teamwork skills, resilience, and an independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
